Who We Are
The RevOps Agency is a B2B revenue operations and go-to-market consultancy operating from Montreal, Paris, and Dubai. We design, implement, and maintain CRM, automation, and AI systems for startups and scaling SaaS teams. This policy explains how we handle personal data on our own website and during client engagements.
Information We Collect
When you contact us or book a call, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email, company, and a description of what you are trying to solve. When you browse the site, we collect limited usage data such as pages visited, device type, and referral source, and we may use cookies to remember preferences and measure performance.
Client Data We Process
Delivering our services means working inside our clients' systems — CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, enrichment and automation tools, and reporting platforms. These systems contain personal data about our clients' leads, contacts, and accounts. We access and process that data solely on the client's documented instructions and only to the extent needed for the engagement. For this data the client is the data controller and The RevOps Agency acts as a data processor, governed by the engagement agreement or a separate data processing agreement (DPA).
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, invoice for work, and share relevant updates. Website usage data helps us keep the site fast, secure, and useful. We do not sell your personal data or use client data for any purpose beyond the services agreed with that client.
Tools & Sub-Processors
We rely on trusted third-party platforms to run our business and deliver work — including Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Zapier, scheduling and email tools, and privacy-conscious website analytics. Each processes data under its own terms and appropriate safeguards. When a tool acts as a sub-processor on a client engagement, it is disclosed and bound by the applicable data processing terms.
Data Retention & International Transfers
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, the duration of an engagement, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or returned. Because we operate across Canada, the EU, and the UAE, data may be transferred between regions; where required, we apply recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights over data we hold as controller, contact us directly. For personal data held inside a client's systems, requests are routed to that client as the controller, and we assist them in responding.
Data Security
We apply least-privilege access to client systems, handle credentials securely, and use encryption in transit and at rest where available. Access to client environments is limited to the people working on the engagement and removed once it ends. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk and respond quickly to any incident.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, tools, or legal obligations. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.
